Those are our neighbors at the campground this week.  The reconstructed Fort Randolph is here in Krodel Park and they are having an American revolution reenactment this weekend.  There is cannon and musket fire.  They are making long guns with a replica of a hand powered rifling machine.  The most unique was the surveyors/cartographers tent.  General Washington commissioned a surveyors corps to create maps for the troops.  These re-enactors showed the tools of the trade and samples of wonderfully detailed maps as created in that period.  They did a great job describing it.

It was a lot of fun for me and they sure seemed to be enjoying themselves.
