I didn’t know. A local entrepreneur bought the London Bridge and shipped it here. They re-assembled it, strafing scars and all, and routed a channel of the Colorado under it. It seems it has been quite the tourist success. I just had to walk across it. They have some English Pubs around it and other European flavor décor and shops. All pretty cool. The channel that flows under it seems to be the local boaters’ cruising lane. We sat and watched a parade of boats that ranged from little fishing craft like ours to huge, fast, jet boats and houseboats. No matter the size of the boat, “More power” seemed to be the theme.
